About Me

Hi! My name is Joseph Careri. I've always had a passion for fitness and taking care of my own health, but when life threw me a curveball, I had to take matters a little bit further.

When my daughter was born, she was diagnosed with a rare condition called Biliary Atresia. This resulted in her needing a liver transplant and me donating a portion of my liver to her.

I attribute my good fortune for being a match and having a healthy liver to me taking proper care of myself. This led me to wanting to help other people optimize their health by coaching them through exercise and nutrition.
